Town Board Meeting

Tuesday, September 8, 2026 in the Drummond Civic Center immediately following the Special Town Meeting scheduled for 6:30pm

Agenda

1. Call to order.

2. Approval of minutes of the August 18, 2026 town board meeting.

3. Treasurer and Other Committee Reports.

(Roads, Airport, Ambulance, Park & Rec, Library, Fire Dept.)

4. Public comment.

5. Update and discussion on the sale of the Pigeon Lake Camp by Kelly Westlund, Bayfield County Deputy Administrator.

6. Consider offers to purchase Town-owned lots of a parcel encroached upon (PIN: 04-018-2-45-07-33-2 03-000-50000).

7. The board may choose to enter closed session pursuant to Wis Stats. 1985(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties.

8. Any action as a result of closed session.

9. Discussion regarding Drummond Overlay District within the Bayfield County Zoning Ordinance (aka. 10 acre rule: requiring at least 10 acres in F-1 and A-1 zoning districts for development).

10. Approve vouchers for payment of bills.

11. Discussion and work on the 2027 budget.

12. Planning and discussion of future projects and agenda items.

13. Set time and date for next meeting.

14. Adjourn.
