The Drummond Ski Trail has tracks set everywhere! The latest 10-12” have made for a nice base that took tracks easily. They were soft today, but should firm tonight. There are still “face-slappers” in a number of places so bring a pair of hand nippers you can to trim them for the next person.
The south end of the Boulevard, the so called NCT loop has issues yet. I wouldn’t advise skiing it in the regular direction, that is up the steep hill at the beginning. The section between the brambles and the south end still has hanging trees and branches that only the most adventurous skier might attempt. Rather, continue on straight at the junction (ski the wrong direction) all the way to a Lake Owen turn around and ski back the same way. There won't be any traffic and it’s a great trail to kick and glade.
